    Agent finds customer, charges commission and does not sign contract on  behalf client
    Distributor buys and sells products and services for his own risk - no charges for service

    Sellers Bank delivers a service as Agent for collection of the bOE and sellers credits the sellers bank account. Risk of no payment by buyer remains with the seller, amount is not discounted by bank
  • What is a documentary collection of BOE?

    Bank transfer documents to the buyer in exchange of the payment (Risk of no payment remain s with seller) 
  • What is Bill of Lading? 

    Title to the goods, means the undertaking that has tile of the goods can sell the goods when on board of ship
