For example, the genitive singular case of femina is feminae. Remove the ending -ae and you are left with the stem, femin-.

What is the purpose of an adjective?

Adjectives can tell you more about a noun. They can also tell you more about a pronoun, such as she or they. They can be used right next to the noun or pronoun they are describing, or can be seperated from it by a verb like be, look, or feel.

What is the place of an adjective in a scentence?
