Explain the difference between ethics and law
Unlike ethics the law is written down. Ethics is sort of like good governance meaning its not written down anywhere but everyone follows it. -
Name + explain 2 types of organisations and their socialisation processes in a organisation
ED- Ethical organisations: these socialisation processes reinforce the message of ethical activity + the individual accepts the group norms of moral behaviour.
- Dysfunctional organisations: the socialisation process can perpetuate unethical or corrupt behaviour.

CIC Co-option: people learn to adapt the same behaviour/ values as the company by use of rewards —> situations often encourage individuals to resolve moral ambiguities in a way that benefits them either financially or trough enhanced prestige. Incrementalism: When people learn slowly to adapt " bad behaviour" —> They become shocked as how it got that far because they firstly would disassociate themselves with this unethical behaviour. Compromise: You start to compromise things; i can/can't get away with this —> they carry out these corrupt act because they are seeking a solution to some problem/dilemma
