    PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE PERSON SURRENDERING THE NEWBORN
    OBTAIN A MEDICAL HISTORY
    OBTAIN PARENTAL SIGNATURE ON A VOLUNTARY RELEASE FORM
    ARRANGE FOR TRANSPORT TO A HOSPITAL
    TRANSFER TEMP PROTECTIVE CUSTODY TO A HOSPITAL
