According to Bill Gates, there are three things that national goverments must do in the plan for getting to zero within climate change, which three things?
- 1) Make it a goal to get to zero;
- by 2050 for rich countries, and soon after 2050 for middle-income countries
- 2) Develop specific plants for meeting those goals, like policy and market strcutures in the place by 2030;
- 3) Any country that's in a position to fund research needs to make sure it's on track to make clean energy so cheap - to reduce the Green Premoums so much - that middle-income countries will be able to get to zero;
