What is the aim of the first subgoal of the social dimension: motivation?

The aim of the first subgoal, motivation is to let go of the old interaction premises and interactions and see that an episodic intervention is needed.

This corresponds with the unfreeze stage of Schein.

Within motivation we strive to create a sense of urgency and shared vision. What is the difference between those two?

With sense of urgency we refer to feeling and understanding the need to change.

With creating shared vision we refer to the idea / direction what change can bring about. This is about the direction, desirability and feasibility.

These two are reinforce each other in which the shared vision can give a positive character for the sense of urgency.

What are the drivers that can help realizing sense of urgency and shared vision?

Sense of urgency:
- Cognitive: disconfirming data, consisting of personal experience or information from others about things that are not going well or can go better. Should be both individual and context oriented.
- Emotional: anxiety, guilt, psychological safety etc. In which guilt presupposes the capacity and responsibility for control. Psychological safety refers to the sense of seeing a possibility of solving the problem withut loss of identity or integrity.

Shared vision;
- Cognitive; confirming data. This includes the insights that there is a future and can support disconfirming, and reinforce the creating of shared vision.
- Emotional; desire
