What are the three subgoals of the social dimension and how do these relate to the three-stage model of Schein?

The three subgoals of the social dimension are: motivation, adoption and integration.

This related to the three-stage model of Schein (unfreeze, change, refreeze) in the following way:
integration of specific behavior into the repertoire of people (refreeze), requires both the adoption of this behavior (change) and the motivation to let go of the old (unfreeze).

Besides subgoals, also drivers for change are derived. What is meant by drivers and what two groups, including four drivers in total, do we distinguish?

Drivers are the mechanisms that can help realizing the social sub-goals in an intervention.

First distinction:
- Cognitive; this is understanding, e.g. this is about knowing and understanding something needs to change.
- emotional; this is feeling ,e.g. this is about the feeling you have with about the occurrence which needs to change.

Second distinction:
- Contextual; group level, e.g. a group's awareness
- Individual; individual level, e.g. individual awareness
