What are the two components of sexual slavery?

1. The first one is identical to enslavement;

To be able to speak of persecution (as a crime against humanity),  Tribunal jurisprudence developed a test with four components in order to determine there has been a crime against humanity of persecution. What are the four components?

1. A goss or blatant denial;
2. On discriminatory grounds;
3. Of a fundamental right, laid down in international customary law or treaty law;
4. Reaching the same level of gravity as other crimes against humanity.

Persecution (as a crime against humanity) and genocide both require a particular discriminatory intent. What is the difference between the two crimes?

Genocide requires a more specific intent, namely the intent to destroy the group as such. The "group" must be a national, religious, racial or ethnical group. Also, Genocide can only be based on the listed acts. The conducts amounting to persecution is broader.
