Phases:
Initiation: concept made 1/3 years prior to the fair
Planning: 1 month / 1 year prior to the event. All domains must be implemented.
Implementation: 2 days to 1 year prior to the event. Details are more clear and stakeholders are aware of what is happening
Event: execution of the event
Closure: untill one year after the event, evaluated and new edition is planned
EMBOK phases of attending the fair
Planning: 1 to 6 months prior to the event.
Project team works together, trainings have been given and design of stand is built and designed.
Implementation: 2 days to 2 months prior to the event. Organisation is more concrete. Activities are known and personnel is informed and know whats coming.
Event: Execution. Installing and dismantling the stand.
Closure: Event is being evaluated. All important stakeholders are considered. When it was successful, registration for next edition.
