-Producer's risk: Decline all the products because of some errors in the sample

- Consumer's risk: Accept product without being right

It describes what an organisation needs on management techniques to make sure it can meet the expectation of the customer. It is not very complicated and does not describe how an organisation has to work.

ISO 9001 is about driving/ mastering... Not about execution

What does the ISO9004 stand for?

Directions for efficiency. This is not a certificate
