Planning, job analysis, job description, job specification, recruitment, selection, arrangements -
What is the difference between a job description and a job specification?
A job description is a summary of the the worker will be doing, in other words: the role the workers has in the organisation in terms of duties and responsibilities.
A job specification will indicate the sort of person that the organisation is seeking. They will look at the personal qualities, skills, education and work experience. -
What is internal recruitment?
Internal recruitment is finding candidates inside the organisation. Companies have to be big in order to do this, it is cheaper). -

Finding new candidates outside the organisation. Those people have new and different ideas and attitudes -
