A hierarchy based on a ranking of an individual's values in terms of their intensity.
What is the rokeach value survey (RVS)?
A survey consisting of two sets of values, each containing 18 value items. The sets are 1. terminal values ( desirable end-states of existence someone wants to reach during their lifetime: freedom, or health for instance) 2. Instrumental values ( preferred modes of behavior or means of achieving terminal values: autonomy, kindness)
