    A social group is unable to participate, not allowed to participate or unwilling to participate in several areas in society.

  • Describe difference poverty and social exclusion

    Poverty is solely related to financial resources and for that reason too restricted. Social exclusion includes additional factors and should therefore be perceived as a process and not as a concrete phenomenon such as being poor.
