How did Dada try to change the world politically and/or socially

As a movement Dada was always political but the politics changed. The early dadist were anti-war ( first world war) anarchists. Berlin Dadaist as exemplified in John Heatfields photomontage Adolf the Superman.
The Dada way to create social change was tp provoke it. The Dadaist held demonstrations and perfomances where the audience threw things at the, Duchamp's urinal is an example -  I threw the bottle rack and the urinal in their face to provoke them.
