    When I will take a better look at my emotions, my emotions will lose their hold on me, I will begin to think for myself instead of reacting to what others give me.

    It makes me focus on 1 or 2 ideas that satisfy my immediate desire for power or attention. (these are ideas that will usually backfire)

    1. When I have a calm spirit I can entertain a wide range of options and solutions
    2. I will deliberate longer before acting and reassess my strategies
    3. the inner voice will become clearer and clearer
    4. I will resent the distraction ( friends coming to me with their drama)
    5. I will apply my rationality capability to think past people
    6. My mind will become more flexible and resilient
    7. my mind will become clear and calm 
    8. I will see answers and creative solutions that no one else can envision.
