How does the treatment look of early localized, early disseminated, late disseminated lyme disease?

• Early localised:
– Doxycycline 2dd 100mg 14 days orally.
• Early disseminated:
– Ceftriaxon 1dd2 gram i.v. 14 days
– Doxycycline 2dd100mg 21 days orally.
• Late disseminated:
– Ceftriaxon 1dd2 gram i.v. 30 days
– Doxycycline 2dd 100mg 30 days orally.
– Ceftriaxon is preferred in case of neuroborreliosis and lymecarditis
• Prophylaxis: preferably within 72 hrs after of the tick
