Q4 incentive plan
incentive plan provides a reward for people who work hard. the harder you work the more you deserve, this filters out the people that will not work hard and just do the job minimally because there are other jobs without incentive plan where they do not miss out on the rewards.
and on the other hand it is productive because most people will work harder in order to get those extra's. -

its like an iceberg.
Explicit knowledge is the part of the iceberg which is visible, it is all documented knowledge, such as reports, data, recordings, emails etc. learning by sharing. it is tangible visible public and can be accessed by a thrid person. once shared it belongs to evryone.
Tacit knowledge is all undocumented, and unspoken knowledge. learning by dooing. you cant hold it , it is invisible its private, it has te be thought from one person to the other (first person basis). this is the part that is hidden under the water. -

Collaboration The growing antagonism of cold coordination is addressed by attention to human connection and more collaborative, supportive approaches. Bureaucracy is simplified and trust is rebuilt with a greater focus on common organizational goals.
Structures may be implemented to connect people in multiple dimensions, such as the use of matrix management. Reward systems may also be realigned to promote team and organizational success rather than just individual performance.

growing personeel is using the employees you have and making them, schooling them in a way so that they can occupy in multiple positions and perform sufficiently in them.
Buying employees is hiring new people that know the market better than the current employees and use them to work in that market.
