  * Organized; schedule, money etc.
  * Good listener: everyone in the crew will come with their problems to you

  Think of it in advance. Everything needs to be taken in considaration.
  Think of the small things making the budget: food, toilets, toiletpaper, salary, transportation... 

• How will you make profit as a production company?

  When you are making the calculations, you have to add a percentage of money that you will earn for the production company. It's the profit. (max 15%)
