What is the definition of a Virtue?
A desirable quality of character, a quality that a good person possesses. -
What is the definition of a Vice?
An undesirable quality of character, the opposite of a virtue. -
What do virtuous people inspire us to do?
To reach moral heights, when people aspire to be virtuous or do this, ethicists call it human flourishing. -
According to Plato how do you achieve happiness?
By the pursuit of virtue, and actions are good when they help to achieve this. -
What are the Cardinal Virtues?
The virtues that Plato placed specific importance on, these are temperance, prudence, courage and justice. -

Aristotle linked being happy with living a virtuous life and says that there were 3 ways to lead a happy life. These were Those who love pleasure, Those who love honour (politics), and those who love contemplation(which Aristotle believed was the most important).
