  Growth is al process that can be managed and steered. Goals can be set. Development is already more process-linked, but still with goal-setting and outcome-predictions. Evolution will take place while exploring and implementing. The results will emerge out of activities that are undertaken constantly. 

• 2.1 Articulate the difference between conventional OD (diagnostic OD) and the new, emerging thinking about OD (dialogic OD)

  Transaction crisis: chasm between individuals and organizations mentality
