    1. Promoting positive working to avoid conflict and dealing with unacceptable behaviour

    1. Whether people understand their role within the organisation and whether the organisation ensures that they do not have conflicting roles
  6. Change
    1. How organisational change (large or small) is managed and communicated in the organisation.

Psychological relaxation/meditation

Three cognitive processes:
  1. Focusing is the ability to identify, differentiate, maintain attention to stimuli for an extended period of time.
  2. Passivity is the ability to stop unnecessary goal-directed and analytic activity.
  3. Receptivity is the ability to tolerate and accept experiences that may be uncertain.
